“Pet ownership is increasing every year and with over 80 million American households owning a pet, to have a free community event for pets and their owners seems like a natural fit here at
Richmond Community Church,” says Alan Phillips Children’s Pastor at Richmond Community Church.
Pet-A-Palooza is a free event for the community. The idea is to simply bring in over thirty pet experts with great information so current pet owners and even those that don’t own a pet can benefit in a fun environment.
Lots of prizes, an agility course, pet/owner look-a-like contest and even kid rides will all be part of the fun.

| On Saturday, October 10 from noon until four we will have a table at the Short Pump Town Center Macy's shoe department selling the Shop For A Cause passes to raise funds for our rescue. Also, that day from three until four, little Scully will come out to visit and thank folks for supporting rescue with fundraising and adoptions. |

Yard Sale Day is

This is a multiple neighbor yard sale with lots of items available within walking distance of each other.

100% of the proceeds for this address go to help rescue dogs who require vetting and supplies while we try to find them permanent and loving homes.
Lots of items will be available including small appliances, electronics, games, small furniture items, and clothing. We will have several holiday items for sale that day too - Christmas wreaths, ornaments, lights!

We will have a booth with information about all of our wonderful rescue dogs looking for a family. We will be selling the Macy’s Shop For A Cause passes for $5.00 each. Also, we will be selling tickets for a Cat Statue, pet bed, and a Jeep Wrangler pet stroller for $1.00 each. Drawing will be held that day at 2 pm, winner need not be present. We will also have custom made hand beaded jewelry for sale, prices ranging from $12.00 to $60.00. This event will help raise money for the dogs for veterinary care and many other expenses.

You can bring your best friend and enjoy a fun night at the game. If you want to bring your dog for the parade, be at the 3rd base gate by 6:20. There will be contests and a silent auction to raise money for local rescue groups. All details can be seen at www.rbraves.com. Some of our ADRATI dogs will be in the stands and information on our rescue efforts and dogs looking for families will be at our information booth. |
