Charlie is a 2 year old chocolate Labrador Retriever who was wandering loose and picked up by animal control where he remained for 30 days until by a miracle we became aware of him. On June 18 we took him from the shelter and brought him into rescue.

Charlie was vetted, had all of his vaccines, tested negative for heartworm and tick borne diseases, and neutered. We have started him on heartworm and flea/tick preventative.

Charilie is just a sweet and loving boy who is good with all adults, childre, large and small dogs, and would probably be okay with cats. He is just a typical happy and loving and silly Lab.

Charlie is a nice size boy at about 70 pounds. He rides well in the car. He is praise and food motivated. He does love to swim. Since Charlie has a nice spirited nature, we decided to have our trainer work with him and he is doing great. He is learning loose leash walking, sit, down, stay, and recall.

Charlie is totally crate trained, although he much prefers to be wherever his people are. So far he has had no accidents in the home. He gets attached quite quickly. He is just a love bug and wants desperately to help complete a family and get settled in. You will not find a better buddy than Charlie, he is truly an awesome boy. We paid $150 to get Charlie's basic vetting done and $350 for his training. Based on the vetting and training we have done with Charlie, we are askiing a $50 donation and a $300 donation for a total fee of $350.00.
